Okay! One of the coolest things happened to me last night!!  I came home from a meeting and I was getting ready to go to bed. Well my mom calls me and says, “Hey a new Podcast played one of your songs.” To which I say, “cool!”   Well, mom was listening to it, and thought to myself, “I know that voice.” So I asked mom who it was and she said, “…uuuhhh, some guy named Adam Curry…”  My brain did a jilt and I thought…THE Adam Curry? Then, I thought, okay so maybe it’s not the guy I’m thinking of….so I did the google thing and found the link to the site and saw my name listed on Adam Curry’s weblog. The whole time pulsating the words, “Oh – my – gosh!” in my mother’s ear to which she was VERY confused!   “Who is this guy?”   “Mom, I watched Adam Curry on Mtv when when I was little!”   “When did you watch Mtv?...

First of all, thank goodness for laptops!   Now, I am VERY proud to be an Agassi fan! He played some of the best tennis EVER!  When he won the 2 nd set, I was hopeful! (So was Stephi! She who NEVER shows emotion…did!  ) But, unfortunately after the 3 rd set tie break going in Federer’s favor…it was downhill. Please, please, please, Andre DON’T quit! My suggestion? Get with Lance Armstrong’s conditioning trainer and come back stronger than ever! Just a thought! It was a great match, but I still have hope for another Grand Slam! Still love ya, man! Nite!   PS - AWESOME at reading Roger's moves! I think you're the only player out there with the mental strength to handle that level of pressure!  

Andre is SOOO in the finals!! He plays against Roger Federer. Andre, I have hope for you!! And a bit of advice…STAY FAR AWAY FROM ROGER’S FOREHAND!  And Roger…STEP OUT OF THE WAY OF A LEGEND!! In my opinion, it’s just Andre’s year!   Such a cute “daddy” moment! Awe! I’m such an Agassi-Graf kid fan already!!!!!!  I’m sick!     Also, rock on for Pierce and Clijsters

MAN! Regis is even talkin’ about it!!!! “One of the greatest matches of all time…” But he had to go to bed and MISSED it!! HA!! Good call on this too Reg: “Blake is the future!!” - I agree!!   Pins and needles could not even express what I felt last night! I thought it was ALL OVER for Agassi!! (But I didn’t TOTALLY give up) Blake was up 2 sets 6-3 6-3. Man…even Mac was talkin’ about how he (Agassi) looked his age on the court.   It was a sad, sad, sad day for Nadal fans!! Blake kept his cool and beat Nadal. It was an awesome match. Blake was fantastic; Nadal was a bit off. Loads of over shots and miss hits! Hmmm…won’t follow Lendl or Agassi this year! What can I say….Nadal made it to the 3 rd and Roddick didn’t…he lost in the first round. Andy, Andy, Andy.  What WAS wrong with your racket? Sabotage? On Blake, there was a slo-mo on his forehand…it was beautiful! Mr. Steve, ya would have been proud! It was almost like watching Federer in slo-mo or me...NOT!!!! Hmmmm…… BTW – What’s up the ‘no more photos of Nadal since he lost’ thing? SOUTH! Great ones of Blake! Well…never mind…found them!         Poor thing!!!   Random: Just saw Nick Bollettieri on screen! Okay, Roger Federer, AMAZING! Poor, poor Santoro…Ya know, I usually root for the underdog, (unless it’s Agassi or Nadal) but Roger is just WOW!! Standing-O from the crowd!! AND he’s good sportsman and all around great guy!! Whoa what a blazing match!! Nadal and Agassi up for today! (Not playing each other mind you! At least not yet!) Roger will probably win the tournament and…oh well!!! Go Roger!!!     This sums it up: Commentator: So what’s the hardest thing about playing Roger? There are no words to express the devastation caused by Katrina. All of my friends are alright…but much is lost! In September, (probably longer) I am donating all CD sales through CDBaby and Tower Records to the survivors of Katrina. ALL of the money we would have gotten will go to the victims. This is a horrible, horrible, tragedy. If you can’t give money, GO SERVE and/or GIVE your STUFF! I’ve met and talked with SO many people who now have no home, clothes, family photos…they have nothing but memories! Fulfill their needs as best you can and PRAY!!
